「あなたの名前を、教えて下さい。」
Give me your name, please.

Give me your address.
Give me your telephone number.

"address" means jyuusho in Japanese.
"telephone number" means denwabango in Japanese.

「ボールペンを取って下さい。」
Give me a ball-point pen, please.

Give me a knife.
Give me a sheet of paper.

"knife" means naifu in Japanese.
"a sheet of paper"means ichimaino kami in Japanese.
